My father and I have been working on, restoring, buying and selling cars, mostly Corvettes, since he bought his first Corvette in December of 1970. After returning from Vietnam, he bought a 1962 Corvette for $1,850. That car is in the background with me sitting in the engine compartment (Summer of 1974). Yes, this is one car we kept for over 50 years and we still have it today. Part of the joy of buying and selling car is helping people find their 50 year car.
